Inhale and exhale... it is so easy. We do this every day from the first second of our life, repeating this simple algorithm several hundred billion times. Breathing is more natural for us than walking or squatting. So, we could assume that this habit is extremely efficient and developed... Unfortunately, that is not the case. I can safely say that more than 90% of fitness club customers do not breathe properly. Why is this happening? Why do we improve squats, deadlifts etc. but do not deal with the basics? Without the correct breathing pattern, our bodies do not work properly.
