During this course, students will learn how to make their training programs most effective, by incorporating elements of mobility, stability, and flexibility training. The course goes through the anatomy and physiology of the ageing body, all the principals covered in the program, body positioning for exercises and teaching methods and more!
Instructors are given a foundation in all the above with adaptations and progressions for each exercise/treatment. Alternatively, professionals can use the myover40® program in addition to their current treatments/programs to gain better results.

1st qualification availbe from this course
Step 1: Multiple Choice Theory exam.
Students must receive a score of 75% or higher in order to pass the exam.
**Students will receive PFS Active Senior Certification at this stage
To receive qualification for myover40®
Step 2: On passing the theory exam students will receive Training 1 of the myover40 program to practice and review.
Step 3: After approx 4 weeks students will contact Master Trainer to arrange suitable time for consultation. During which time the students may ask questions and get assistance where needed to succeed in myover40 teaching.
Step 4: After consultation students will be sent by post and electronic method their myover40® Instructor Certification.
Upon the completion of the course and successful passing of the exam (see exam tab for full details); you will be entitled to use the title: myover40® Instructor

Completion of the course, qualification, and permission to teach this course, is confirmed by the myover40® Instructor certificate.
The certificate can be downloaded online directly from your own profile at www.myover40.com, which you, the instructor, will set upon completion of the requirements stated.
We operate on a first come, first serve basis with no exceptions.
To secure your place on the course the payment should be made upon registration.
We allow 5 calendar days to receive payment before your place is given to another person that has paid.
After 5 calendar days have passed, and we haven't received any payment, you will need to register again if places are still available.
There is no way to prolong the 5 calendar days. Registrations are not accepted if you have already registered and the initial 5 days have not elapsed.
If we have received a late Early Bird payment (i.e. you registered for the Early Bird but we haven't received payment within 5 calendar days) you will be liable for the Normal Price as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. No exceptions will be made.
If you have signed up at the Normal Price or Early Bird price and we haven't received the full amount from you before the start of the course, then you will be subject to Instalment payments.
