I have been working in the healthy and fitness industry for nearly 20 years.
I train out of my private studio and offer my clients personal and groups fitness.
I am passionate about helping people build stronger and better versions of themselves.
I pride myself in being able to provide expertise in the strength and conditioning field and have worked previously with the Kilkenny GAA and rugby teams.
Day to day I also work on getting those who are injured back to fitness using sports therapy and exercise rehabilitation programs.
I have been a competition all of my life playing GAA, Rugby practicing Martial arts. For over 10 years I have competed in the area of kettled sports and have competed internationally all over the world.
I hold the current absolute record in the men’s Biathlon category at professional level and I was the first person In Ireland to be awarded the title Master of Sport.
I coach many kettlebell sport athletes at home and abroad and I have regularly travelled to Europe and Canada giving workshops and training courses.
I have trained with the best coaches all over the world in including spending time in the home of kettlebells in Russia.
I am the coach and development officer of the Association of Kettlebell Sport Ireland (AKSI). Currently I sit on the executive board of the World Kettlebell Sport Federation. For the last few years I have worked as an international judge at the European and World kettlebell sport championships.
I am level 5 qualified in Sports Massage and injury therapy. This really helps tie in the injury rehab aspect of my work and hope to continue in my studies within this field.
