Natalia graduated from the University of Poland with a Master’s degree in Physical Education, specialising in Sport and Recreation Management, Health Education, Physiotherapy and Sports Nutrition. From an early age, Natalia has been passionate about sport and fitness. She started swimming at the age of 4 and went on to swim at national level. She then competed at international level representing Poland in kayak polo. Her enthusiasm and energy for fitness developed during college years and she became a confident Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Swimming Teacher. Being extremely committed to health and fitness, Natalia joined ProFi Fitness School in 2013, where she teaches a range of master classes including Indoor Cycling, Water Aerobics and Body Pump. She has been spending the last few years cycling/running many of the highest mountain peaks in Ireland, preparing for and participating in triathlons and ultra-adventure races. Natalia believes that hard work and good fun is the only way to success. As she points it out: “everything is in the head, the body will do what the heart and soul tell it to”. As a teacher and active manager in a leisure centre, she has the opportunity to share her joy, energy, and passion for exercise with the fitness instructors of the future.
