She then competed at international level representing Poland in kayak polo. Her enthusiasm and energy for fitness developed during college years and she became a confident Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Swimming Teacher. Being extremely committed to health and fitness, Natalia joined ProFi Fitness School in 2013, where she teaches a range of master classes including Indoor Cycling, Water Aerobics and Body Pump. She has been spending the last few years cycling/running many of the highest mountain peaks in Ireland, preparing for and participating in triathlons and ultra-adventure races. Natalia believes that hard work and good fun is the only way to success. As she points it out: “everything is in the head, the body will do what the heart and soul tell it to”. As a teacher and active manager in a leisure centre, she has the opportunity to share her joy, energy, and passion for exercise with the fitness instructors of the future.
